Happy Hangover!

Okay so for those of you who don't know what Spring Fling is, its Upenn (my school's) biggest weekend of the year. A weekend full of day partying, night partying, non stop eating and drinking, and constant dancing and music and a nonstop hangover. So, for fling, she wanted an ultimate hangover cookie, and I was up to the challenge. I went to the store and picked out pretzels, caramel hershey kisses, peanut butter chips, marshmallows, and a classic chocolate chip cookie dough. I roughly chopped the caramel kisses (a difficult task) and crushed the pretzels, and then added them to a bowl along with the mallows and peanut butter chips. Next, I softened the cookie dough by letting it sit out for about 20 minutes, and then got down and dirty combing the dough with all the mix-ins. Once in the oven, the cookies grew immensely. Caramel was melting everywhere and they took about 15 minutes to cook. While they were a little difficult to get off the pan from all the excess caramel, they were delicious. These cookies were so good that they were actually stolen and caused quite the controversy. Where did they went, who knows? Anyways, they were crispy, crunchy, chewy, caramel-y, chocolatey, and marshmallowy all in one bite. What more could a hangover ask for?
